1. What we collect
When you submit our demo-request form, contact form, or newsletter subscription, we collect your name, email, phone, organisation, role, and any message you write. We also collect basic technical data — IP, browser, and timestamp — for security and analytics.
2. How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, schedule walkthroughs, and send occasional newsletters (only if you subscribed). We never sell your data, never pass it to third-party advertisers, and never share it outside Hadi Technologies team members directly working on your enquiry.
3. Where we store it
Your data is stored in a database hosted in our infrastructure with encryption-at-rest. We retain demo requests for 24 months and contact messages for 12 months, after which we delete them unless you've become an active customer.
4. Cookies
This site uses essential cookies only — for security and to remember your form-fill progress. We don't use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, at any time. Just write to info@haditechnologies.com. We'll respond within 14 business days.
6. Updates to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a fresh effective date. Major changes will be announced on the homepage.
