A school operating system · For Liberia

Where Modern
Technology Meets Smarter School Administration.

School Pilot is the school operating system designed in Monrovia, purpose-built for the way Liberian high schools actually work — attendance, fees in LRD & USD, WAEC prep, parent portals, and a principal's dashboard that finally tells the truth.

01
The problem

A school deserves software that knows where it sits.

For too long, Liberia's high schools have made do with notebooks, WhatsApp groups, and software written for someone else's country. Teachers re-enter the same name on five different forms. Principals discover a missing fee three months too late. Parents wait until report-card day to learn their child has been absent for a week.

The solution

One platform.
Twelve modules. Zero double-entry.

School Pilot exists to end the drift. A single operating system — born in Monrovia, trained on the way our schools actually run — so the work of educating the next generation can stop drowning in paper and start being seen.

The product

Twelve modules, one platform.

From the moment a child enrolls to the day they graduate — every record, every receipt, every report card flows through one connected system. Built on modern technology, hardened for Liberian conditions: works on modest laptops, tolerates patchy internet, and prints what you need when the inspector calls.

Dual currency by default

LRD and USD are first-class citizens. Tuition in USD, lunch fees in LRD, mixed receipts — no awkward conversions.

Pricing

Common questions

Things principals ask first.

How long does onboarding take?

Most schools go live in 14 days. On-site visit week 1, data migration + training week 2.

Can we import our existing student records?

Yes — from Excel, paper registers, or your previous system. Migration is included with every deployment.

What about offline / power outages?

School Pilot is local-first. Teachers can take attendance offline; the system reconciles when the connection returns.

Is parent access secure?

Each guardian gets their own login that only shows their own children's records. SMS verification on signup.

Can we customise report-card formats?

Yes — every deployment includes branded report-card templates designed for your school.
